4 apples, washed & sliced
2 1/2 cups, water
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Place the apples in a pan, add the water, cover, and cook over low heat until soft. Strain and stir in the honey and cinnamon. Serve hot.
